Beer garden blood bowl
It doesn’t get much better than a Summer’s evening of Blood Bowl played as a group in a pub beer garden.
My local league started a new season a few weeks ago, but I missed the first few meets. This week, there were about 14 of us playing games scattered across the pub and the garden. Other than some rather interesting music coming from inside, it was a good vibe.
I lost my first game1 and drew this second one. It was a really hard fought game against orcs. I broke so much armour, but the orcs managed to pass like elves even with the rain.
The start to this season is a far cry from last, but if I can get a few more games outside in the sun, I’ll be happy.
